Even in the rain, Tortola is one of my favorite places to be!
Aboard the Celebrity Millennium in February, we stopped in the British Virgin Islands on a showery day, and had arranged a private tour of Peter Island Resort, a gorgeous place! Our happy group loved the ferry ride and tour!
